Sri I.Y.R Krishna Rao,IAS., Chief Secretary to Govt.of AP held a meeting with the CEO Nuclear Fuel Complex (NFC) and Prl.Secy Industries, MD APIIC and Chairman APIIC, NFC wants to have its expansion plan located Orvakallu Mandal of Kurnool District. APIIC is directed to provide Ac. 900 of land with water, electricity, Road facility and offer it to NFC to press for location of expanded facility of NFC project at Kurnool. Met the M.D. National Skill Dev. Corporation along with CEO Skill Dev. Corporation Andhra Pradesh and discussed about Rollin out skill development plan in the state of AP by Co-opting universities colleges and other reduction institutions Conducted a video conference with the All the Dist. Collectors and the following decision were taken. 1. Implementation Sand policy – Collectors were advised for moving for transportation of sand in trucks hired by the SHGs themselves and delivers sand at the door step of the consumer .Kurnool dist Has done well in this regard and all, other districts were asked emulated the example of Kurnool dist,. 2. To keep watch on any illegal sand mining especially during night time and tackle it effectively with the help of the Police force 3. To indentify and opertinalize new reached 4. The issues implementation loan redemption scheme and filed level problems in its implementation were discussed and clarified 5. The revised levy programme procurement was discussed and the West Godavari model was recommended for adoption by all other districts 6. Srikakulam district was advised going for procurement colored Paddy due to HUD HUD Cyclone 7. The requirement approach , the issues IMR &MMR through campaign mode involving the Women & CW and Medical and Health, and the Panchayat Raj Staff was discussed and they were requested go for a campaign for reduction IMR&MMR and collectors were requested to introduce proper industrial affluent treatment 8. Segregation of waste at source proper waste disposal including ways to energy , provision clean drinking water and sanitary facilities including ISLA
