Srinagar: Hurriyat Conference (G) spokesman in a statement has said that the PDP wants to deceive the common people by asking votes in the name of change and development, but nothing is going to change if this party will come into power. While terming the PDP a creation of secret agencies, Hurriyat Conference said that this party is in no way different from National Conference. “Though National Conference has deceived Kashmiris on every step and they sold the plebiscite movement to gain power and chair, Mufti Sayeed and his party are proving more harmful and dangerous for the present freedom movement,” the spokesman said, adding NC leadership is childish, puerile, immature and emotional and they are using state power to silence the people’s voice while as Mufti Sayeed is a clever and cunning type of politician and he is working on a secret agenda to break the freedom movement of Kashmir. “He (Mufti) has remained very polite in his regime and has raised many pleasant slogans like saying the ‘Mujahedeen doesn’t need to hide in forests now, I will carry forward their agenda in the assembly’. However he not only martyred many major and important commanders of Mujahedeen outfits, but he also harmed the status of Kashmir dispute,” said the spokesman. Hurriyat spokesman said that this party has used the freedom sentiment of the people to come into power and this time also they are working on same lines. “Mufti Sayeed and Mehbooba Mufti want to deceive the common people by talking about the solution of Kashmir dispute and their leader Muzaffar Beigh is doing this by writing essays and poetry on the freedom movement of Kashmir,” the spokesman said cautioning people that they should not fall prey to these conning policies.
