Srinagar, Jan 22: Kashmir Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Brampton Board of Trade, Canada will be signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for promotion of Kashmirs handicraft, agriculture, horticulture and other allied sectors. KCCI on Wednesday held at meeting with the visiting Director/ Vice-Chairman, Brampton Board of Trade, Badar Shamim to discuss business avenues available in Canada for various sectors including Kashmir Handicrafts, Tourism, Agriculture and Horticulture. During meeting it was agreed that trade delegations between Canada and Kashmir will be exchanged from time to time so as to promote export market for the handicrafts, tourism and horticulture/ agriculture products in Canada,” a KCCI handout said. “It was also agreed in principal that the two chambers will cooperate and make all efforts essential for promoting mutual business interests of Kashmir and Canada in others areas of Trade, Commerce & Industry also, the handout said.
