St. James Parish President Timothy P. Roussel, Creole House Owner and Operator Tommy Bourgeois, and local residents sit down with Rebecca McCormick, an International Travel Writer and Photographer based out of Arkansas. Rebecca traveled to out great parish to learn about our bonfire traditions and heritage. While at the Creole House, Tommy made sure Rebecca had a taste of the south with fried shrimp, gumbo, and more!
