Just now Refrigeration & A/C Technician Suitable candidate will be responsible for carrying out these main duties and others: Liaise with the Maintenance Supervisor regarding work schedules and special assignments Carry out scheduled maintenance checks and ensure that all air conditioning and refrigeration equipment are in sound working condition and make arrangements for repairs when necessary Respond to emergency calls and carry out repairs to air conditioners, walk in and reach in freezers, coolers, ice machines etc. Make recommendations regarding the purchase and sourcing of spares and equipment as well as energy conservation measures Must have a significant amount of experience and also well qualified Maintenance Supervisor Supervise and coordinate the functions of the Technician and the General Maintenance Workers Liaise with the Maintenance Manager regarding work schedules and special requirements, discuss operations issues and receive instructions Review rooms maintenance reports from Guest Services, House Keeping and other departments and arrange for the prompt resolutions of all problems Must have good experience across a variety of mechanical and engineering trades and have at least five (5) years supervision experience as well, hotel background preferred Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and able to manage people Should you meet the above requirements, please submit your application and curriculum vitae on or before Friday 28th February 2014 to: The Human Resources Manager St. Jamess Club Morgan Bay P.O.
