St John’s Revelation speaks about a war in heaven provoked by the dragon, Satan personified. What is this dragon in its original form? The answer to this question, with its multi-faceted implications, was one of the things that were to be revealed later, when the people were prepared to grasp it. This is now the case, only since twenty or thirty years (not least due to the many presentations designated as fantasy and science fiction). In plain words, the ‘dragon’ symbolizes the force behind the destructive rulers on earth who are instrumentalized by non-terrestrial entities – ‘manifestations of a development that took place outside the human race; they have their origin in the dimensions of the [astral] lizards and snakes’ (p. 330). Being intellectually very advanced, they possess technomagical means of manipulation, but they are devoid of positive emotions and are spiritually impoverished. Symbolically, they are cold-blooded. This reptoid force (‘the dragon …’) is attempting to hold off the transformation of the earth (‘… will try to devour the new-born child’). However, there will be startling divine interventions: ‘a hand reaching down from heaven will save the child’. armin-risi.ch/en/How_Much_Truth_Is_There_in_Science_Fiction.html
