St. Joseph County Transportation Authority received permission yesterday from the County Commission to proceed with a millage renewal request for the August ballot. SJCTA will go forward with a process to inform County residents about the millage renewal of .33 mills. This amount will generate approximately $628,000 which equates to 1/3 of our operating budget annually. The cost to the average homeowner in St. Joe County is less than $20.00 annually.
