St Kilda Bowls Club Committee is happy to announce the appointment of Sean Baker as a specialist coach for the top grade in the 1st part of the season. Sean will impart his knowledge and expertise to enable us to hit the ground running as we move into Division 1. Sean has represented Australia and won a multitude of state and club championships. He will also play for us, which is a major boost to our ranks, and will be a huge support to our top side under match conditions. The Committee is also happy to announce that we have secured the services of a highly respected former Division 1 skip, John McLaughlan as a coach. He comes to St Kilda with 20+years bowling experience to coach, play and assume the role of mentor in our 4ths and 5ths. These appointments support our efforts to build on last year’s success and continuous improvement and results in our 150th year. The Committee wishes to thank our Head Coach, David Willcocks, for his efforts to develop our coaching staff and we look forward to a successful 2014/15 season
