Stacey Salvaggio gave me the number 8 so here goes: 1. I have three college degrees but I barely made it through high school academically. 2. I lived in seven places during high school but only one time with a family member. 3. I was in the Army and National Guard for over 12 years. 4. My final military discharge orders arrived on Sept. 1, 2001. 5. My wife is German and my kids are dual citizens who speak both languages. 6. Although I was born and raised in Colorado, I am a poor skier. 7. I do like beer, but I am more fascinated with the science of how it is made. 8. Although sports is my life and I did sniff some high levels of competition-I am not even close to being an athlete.
