Stacy: I think we have a rootin tootin Cowboy on our hands. We visited a beautiful farm, that was unexpectedly close to the house. Yay! peaceofheavenfarm We met the owner, Ms. Shannon. What a awesome lady! She was so sweet with Tripp. She let Tripp hold a carrot in his little hand and the pony ate it all up. The pony, whos name is Tigger by the way, even kissed Tripps face. Tripp didnt smile but he never stiffened up one time. He always looked so content. He was so loose. His legs went right across that pony, his arms were loose. In fact he was so loose it was hard to hold him. Ms. Shannons daughter was on one side and I was on the other holding him. Incase you dont know, Tripp straightens out and gets so ridged when he is stressed or hurting. So I think today went great!!! I told Ms. Shannon we would definitely be back. I was so excited I cried after he rode! My baby riding a pony!! I would of never thought that was possible just 6 months ago. I was so proud of him! Go Cowboy go. So now I have to get him a little riding helmet and riding pants. After his surgery, maybe some boots. Lol All his Drs and therapists are very supportive of hippo therapy (horse therapy) they will be happy it went so good. Enjoy the video!! And feeding is going good too! We are on schedule tonight.
