Staff Assembly elections start today! Please take a moment to vote for up to fifteen (15) individuals using the online site provided below. Thirty individuals will be chosen to represent you and your fellow staff members for a two-year term beginning in December, 2013. The deadline to cast your vote is Tuesday, November 26, by 12:00 p.m. Election Web site: https://camel.usc.edu/regdept/SAE/login.aspx . Your Login ID is your ten-digit USC ID number which is found on your Staff ID Card or on your payroll advice available in eTrac (usc.edu/etrac), and your Password is the last four digits of your social security number. To vote for a candidate, highlight any name from the alphabetical list in the pull-down window, then click on the Vote button. You will see their name appear below in a list of those you are voting for. The list of names indicates the individuals department and campus designation. To finalize your vote, just click on the Submit your Vote(s) button. Before finalizing your votes, you may enter and leave the process and maintain your list of nominees for whom you wish to vote. However, once you submit your votes, you may not make any changes. * Please remember to click on the Submit your Vote(s) button else your candidate(s) will not receive credit for them in their total count. * If you would like more information on the Staff Assembly, please visit our Web site at usc.edu/org/staffassembly .
