I personally had the pleasure of hand selecting this barrel. When I went through the samples that were presented before me, I know I was not given and easy task. With options laid before me I feel I made a great decision and have been awarded great praise from all of my avid bourbon customers. I hope you will give this special bottling the chance it so duly deserves. Green Mark Vodka is a fabulous Russian vodka named for the seal of approval bestowed upon good vodka by the Glavspirttrest between the 1920s and 1950s. This bottle bears that very seal and the vodka within is really rather good too! In fact, in 2008, this was the best-selling vodka in its category in Russia! Glendronach 15 Year is renowned amongst many whisky enthusiasts around the world, this remarkable and full bodied malt is matured for a minimum of 15 years in the finest Oloroso sherry casks. Bottled at 46%, the GlenDronach Revival is non chill filtered and of natural colour. A truly excellent single malt. Casa Noble Blanco is a brand of premium 100% blue agave tequila produced by the Casa Noble Tequila Company, one of only three Organic tequilas made in the world. The tequila is made from estate-grown agaves cooked in traditional stone ovens; these are naturally fermented and distilled three times. Casa Noble Reposado and Añejo are aged in White French Oak.Casa Noble has been the winner of many accolades including double gold winner of the San Francisco World Spirit Competition in 2007 and 2009 and best tequila in Mexico by Academia Mexicana del Tequila.Brenne French Whiskey Brenne French Single Malt Whisky is expertly crafted in Cognac, France from organic malted barley and naturally pure water from the nearby Charente region. Twice distilled in copper Alembic stills, the spirit is first matured in new French Limousin oak barrels for a minimum of six years, then transferred into Cognac casks for further refinement. The resulting whisky offers an enticing nose of almond, vanilla, apricot and apple, complemented by hints of dark chocolate. The palate opens with notes of chocolate covered orange peel, butter and warm spice which merge with hints of peppercorn and clove on the long finish. Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva Venezuelan Rum is crafted from a variety of copper pot distilled rums that have been individually aged in white oak barrels, allowing numerous expressions to harmonize into one uniquely balanced and complex spirit. A deep amber color, this is an unctuous, weighty rum with full flavors and aromas of dark fruit, baking spice, and brown sugar. With a lengthy, satisfying finish, this high quality rum from Venezuela is a testament to the artistry of blending. Alibi Blended Whiskey is distilled and aged in Kentucky (Heaven Hill Distillers), then blended and bottled in Florida, Alibi is a newly released 90 proof American whiskey produced from a selection of corn, rye and malted barley, which is then in-turn matured in new American oak casks before being blended, bottled and tagged for retail at Alibi’s Head Quarters. Don Q Anejo is aged five to seven years, Don Q Añejo Rum pours a nice gold color, not exactly copper but double the darkness of the Don Q Gold. First, the nose has distinct caramel and sweet brown sugars with a slight bit of chocolate. On the palate, there is a hint of oak on the attack, but then you taken over by a sweet buttery caramel with a chocolate mid-palate and a finish covered in brown sugared pineapples. Rum tends to age faster than a whiskey but gives you many of those same properties. Because of the region where rum tends to be rested (Puerto Rico and islands surrounding the equator), a five year-old rum is closer to a 12 year-old whiskey but you don’t have to pay the price of aging to get something quality for economic value.
