Staffing Requirement Labor Category: Senior Scientist - Subject Matter Expert Position Number: SSTI-A-001-83 Number of Positions: 2 Program/Project: O - 001 Location: Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX Hiring Manager: Stockley Task Description/Responsibilities: The Senior Scientist-Subject Matter Expert shall provide the expertise to conduct social science analysis and human influence analysis with emphasis in Information Operations. Provide advice in the application of information from the National Security Strategy, National Military Strategy, Global Employment of the Force, operation plans (OPLANs) and operation orders (OPORDs), warning orders (WARNORDs) and fragmentary orders (FRAGORDs), situation reports (SITREPs) and other operational reporting. Research, analyze, identify, evaluate and catalog potential intelligence and information sources supporting JIOWC/Joint Staff and CCMD IO efforts Establish an information environment baseline for designated countries and global issues. Assist in the development and maintenance of JIOWC/Joint Staff or CCMD specific IO intelligence requirements and databases. Provide IOII white cell support and mentorship as required for key exercises. Provide recommendations to codify and enhance the IOII education and training program Apply human influence techniques, tactics, and procedures to produce support folders, with actionable information Minimum Qualifications: Education: PHD with applied human influence experience is preferred, or Masters Degree with applied human influence experience Experience: Qualified Candidates shall possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in military intelligence conducting social science analysis and human influence analysis with emphasis in Information Operations. Must have an In-depth knowledge in psychology, social psychology, behavioral science, and/or cultural anthropology. Direct knowledge and expertise in the behavioral sciences; Must have expertise and a solid understanding of Human Influence, including Military Information Support Operations (MISO). Additional Requirements: Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills in the English Language Must have excellent technical writing skills. Must be a US Citizen Security Clearance: Must Possess a Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance. May also require a Full Scope/Life Style Poly.
