Stand strong in your convictions and keep resisting. Don’t let impulses or the deceptive measures of the devil get to you. It won’t be long before he flees, just like he fled when Jesus resisted him in the wilderness. Youve got to understand that the devil is impatient. He’s only going to stick around for just so long, and, then, he’s out of there. Remind yourself of that in the trying times. And Jesus answered and said to him, “Get behind Me, Satan! For it is written, ‘You shall worship the LORD your God, and Him only you shall serve.’” (Luke 4:8)
