Standard sets are fine BUT if you want to take your body to the next level you have to be willing to push its boundaries... My girlfriend had never set food in a gym before we had met and now she is progressing and advancing each and every week. Jump squats after a set of weighted squats are a real killer but it helps to tear those muscle fibres even further so they repair and grow back stronger. Give it a try...
