Standing Straight Leg Crunches 1. Stand with your feet about shoulder width apart 2. Place both hands at your sides. 3. While standing upright and while keeping the leg straight, raise the opposite leg to the opposite hand creating a left to right crunch or movement. In other words, try to touch the opposite toe with the opposite hand. Repeat the opposite side. If you are not able to touch them together, go to your comfort zone until you can go a little further.
