Star Wars News Week - Yep, a new week of news. 1. Liam Neeson has stated he would like to play Qui-Gon Jinn again possibly in a QGJ spin-off movie. 2. Marvel has released a first look at the new Star Wars #1 comic book series. (See Pictured Below) 3. Marvel Announces Two New Star Wars Epic Collections; Star Wars: The New Republic and Star Wars: The Old Republic. ( And before you ask, unfortunately these are non-canon and part of the Legends banner.) (See Pictured Below) 4. Khan Bonfils, Jedi Master Saesee Tinn, Has Passed Away. (See Pictured Below) 5. Arron Paul has been rumoured to play Han Solo in a spin-off film about the character. So far Paul has tweeted that he is unaware of such job in 2015. (See Pictured Below) 6. Star Wars VII is the most anticipated movie of 2015. No surprises here. According to a Fandango survey Star Wars beats Avengers 2 for most anticipated movie for 2015. 7. Gary Whitta, the writer on the Gareth Edwards-directed Star Wars standalone movie, has left the project after completing a first draft. 9. Star Wars: The Old Republic celebrates its 3rd successful birthday recently. With the Shadow of Revan expansion taking the games story further in to fan favorite character; Revans life, the momentum of the subscribers still holds at approximately 1.5 millions subscribers.
