Star Wars fans may have heard about Topher Grace (Thats 70s Show) edit of the prequel trilogy a while ago. It was reported he cut the entire trilogy down to 85 minutes, cutting out much of the political garbage, Jar Jar and almost all of Episode 1. This made a leaner film, focussing on the rise and fall of Anakin and his relationship with Padme. That version has reportedly only been shown once, in front of 50 people that are friends. Due to copywrite laws there is no indication it will ever be shown anywhere. However, notes of how he cut the movies and what survived have been released. While looking around on YouTube I found this fan edit that has taken those notes on board and cut the films down to 2 hours. While not his exact edit, it will be fairly close based on what we know of Tophers changes. Bare in mind you cant fix shitting acting or storytelling, but this 2 hours is a heck of a lot better than the three films together.
