Starbucks at 9am. Ordered grande decaf latte and lemon bread in drive thru. Drove around and told my total was $3.45. I looked puzzled and was presented with my order, a tall latte and nothing else. Ugh. How does a tall and no bread sound anything like a grande with bread. I tell the guy its fine and roll my eyes, which is clearly Jim- speak for its not fine, and I am annoyed with you. Barista says to guy working drive thru...let me fix it, and drive thru guy replies to her...dont bother, the guys says its fine. Ggrrrrrr I return in the afternoon with my treat receipt. I now go inside and order my afternoon high maintenance usual order....light iced grande decaf 2 pump mocha with skim and no whip. Yes, I am THAT guy. Whatever. I am waiting for my drink and after a few minutes the barista announces...iced mocha for Chip and keeps making other drinks. I dont even budge. After a few more minutes its clearly been too long. I turn around the unclaimed drink and see its mine, but says Chip. The lady behind the counter rolls her eyes at me and says...um, I called your drink ,like, a few minutes ago. Oh right, because Jim and Chip sound almost as similar as iced mocha and light iced grande decaf 2 pump mocha with skim and no whip. My mistake, again. I must be the bonehead. Get it together, Starbucks Newington. Youre making me sad. I live in Exeter now and you are all I have. Lol Ugh
