Start 2015 resolutions now. Read how to start low carb - It may appear daunting to change you and your families way of eating. Personally I always advise people to start slowly and not start out too hard core. Start by removing the obvious places where sugar and carbs lurk such as cakes, fizzy drinks, biscuits. Then start by stopping the fake food i.e.: food products rather than real food. If you want to get rid of the bread, start by trying 1 or 2 lunches a week bread free, then just once a week then youll get used to other options and thinking differently. Start by giving up the treats that are wasted calories. Be really honest about what you eat. Even keep a secret diary/note and see where the carbs come from. Use myfitnesspal. Each step you take is a step closer to getting rid of processed foods. And be proud of any change you have made rather than look at how far there is to go. Baby steps. And let us know how you get on.
