Start a healthy lifestyle now! Breakfast: Protein smoothie- 1/2 scp. protein powder 1/2 banana 1 tbsp peanut butter Add juice/water and ice to desired texture 2 eggs with fresh seasoning (basil for instance) Snack- Handful of organic pretzels or almonds Lunch- Tuna Salad Snack- Apple or 1 cp of fresh veggies Dinner- 6 oz. Lemon Pepper Tilapia w/veggies Add organic lemon oil, parmesean, pepper, salt, and olive oil into bowl, mix. Put tilapia on oiled baking sheet, cover with mixture, cover with foil, cook according to packaging. Cook veggies on top of stove until cooked through.
