Start of a tough weekend. Today being the rehearsal and tomorrow being the day I was suppose to marry the man I thought Id spend the rest of my life with. Im not going to say anything bad because Colby seriously was a great man, person, and father. I was so blessed to have him in my life and I will forever love him. But Ive learned so much about myself in the last few months. A person doesnt define youre happiness, you define your own, just find someone to share that happiness with. For all the young couples that are getting married, I strongly suggest you are 100% clear with what you want for your future and dont assume your significant other wants the same thing. Dont give up your dreams and dont expect your partner to do the same, make dreams together. Most importantly be happy and confident in yourself and that will go along way in your relationship. Also, make sure youre getting what you deserve in your relationship and nothing less. I am so happy with what Ive learned, the experiences, and how through some life changing ups and downs Ive found myself and my own happiness. ❤️
