Start of my biceps workout to really pre exhaust them. This is a great way to ether pre exhaust or finish a bicep workout. Fills them full of blood, gives a great pump and really destroy them. I started from 45kg - 40kg - 35kg - 30kg - 25kg - 20kg - 17.5kg and finished on 15kg before collapsing. As u can tell by my face I had lots of fun doing it lol.
