Start the day off with good habits and they will more than likely carry on for the whole day. Breakfast for example cereal with sugar on top is a shocking breakfast (I know lots of people who have this) Same as: Toast with jam A banana Get up 15 mins earlier and prepare yourself a decent breakfast.. I like my breakfasts to be higher calorie to stop snacking an hour after eating it. Let me ask you.. How often are you starving by 10am? Lets see what you had this morning.. Comment below..
