Start your morning GREEN!!! Be proactive and give your diet a little pick me up! Drinking green smoothies took some getting use to. Its defiantly a different taste, but if you can adjust, the health benefits really out weigh the 10 minutes it takes to drink ;) This is my morning Go to!! 1 cup spinach, 1 cup Kale, then I mix in roughly 2 cups of fruit. I change it up everyday! This morning I had 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 blueberries, 1/2 cup pineapple, and 1 whole banana. This needs to be mixed with roughly 2 cups of liquid for a smooth drink. If you want it more like a smoothie you can reduce the amount of liquid and add ice, but trust me this is easier to just drink. I use unsweetened almond milk- of course its very important to use Organic to avoid the pesticides. If this isnt sweet enough for you feel free to add either 1 tablespoon of honey, or agave nectar. It really depends on your taste buds. Enjoy your Friday!!!!!!
