Started lifting today! I did squats and deadlifts with the barbell and even added 20 pounds to it. Feeling soar and strong, yay :) working towards toning and lifting but definitely dont wanna do too much and bulk up so Ill find a good balance. With my mostly raw plant food diet Im getting pretty lean cuz the fat is melting off me so my muscles that were underneath are starting to show and look more defined. Praise YHWH, I feel so healthy, alive and energetic!
