Started this Friday morning with oblique v-ups, heels to the heavens, flutter kicks, reverse crunches, v-up crunches, 2 plank exercises-hip dips and side knee raise. Shown are only 5 repetitions to demonstrate each exercise but for complete workout do 20 repetitions each for 5 rounds no rest.
