Started to write at bb board to spread some word about nutrition and training. And I am shocked. Obviously this board is dominated by coaches who have approach bulking mean eat whatever you want as clean bulk is borring Kcal from chicken are same as from icecream and I eat pizza in precontest if it fits my macros When I started to talk about how nutrients behave in our body, how hormonal system is involved and that it really DO matter WHAT you eat, I became an enemy Nr.1 while in the past people liked me there. Most of these :coaches: are doing the sport less than 5 years and most of them compete with flabby butt and fat legs.... one or two are quite good but I suppose they are ectomorphs though. But they are beloved and have clients. WTF. This is really something one sentence I HAD to copy > Excess calories is excess calories. Your body doesnt know whether its from brown rice or ice cream or chicken breast. What determines how much fat you gain is your genetically determine calorie partitioning...the manner in which we eat and train only changes this factor by a measly 10% or so. This controls how much of the excess gets shuttled into muscle fibers or fat cells. - AKA according this lady you can gain muscles from ICECREAM (because it obviously is not about protein but calories) if you have genetics and if you was born fat, you will die fat! LOL Tell me people am I an idiot or what?
