Started with this 9th grade athlete last week, today we taught him the hang clean with the 45lb bar and then added some 5s, for first time ever doing cleans looked pretty good, some little things to work on, but has plenty of time to learn all that! Hell be on the same training program I designed and used on my track athletes that over five years won 3 State Team Championships and 17 individual/relay titles!!
