Starting Monday I will be doing the challenge 10 project, by Body by vi. For some that dont know Body By Vi, its a meal replacement supplement that will help you lose weight or build muscles. Will admit at first when I heard about Body By Vi I was skeptical about it, and didnt want to try it till I saw results from people I know. And would tell family and friends that says their on the program now no Im not interested till I see results from you. Then I met Clif Brooks. He showed me his timeline, and still showing me his results. Right then I was convinced that the challenge 10 project works. When he asked me to give Body By Vi a try I told him I rarely back down from a challenge. Ill give it a try. He was happy to hear that I would give it a go, and also said if I ever need help with any workouts to give him a call.
