Starting THIS Sunday April 6, 2014 CrossFit MASS will offer an 8 week mobility class. We will use this time to tackle specific and general mechanical restrictions in your ankles, hips, thoracic spine and shoulders. Let’s take your training to the next level. Do you feel like mobility (or lack thereof) is getting in the way of your progress in the gym? Maybe years of sitting at a desk are limiting your front squat position or all those fantastic heels are shortening your depth in the squat. Guess what?
