Starting from ENT C-arm guidance, Microscope guidance, endoscopes rigid- then flexible, various LASER, coblators, microdebriders, Robotic arms, n now ENT navigation systems (OMG)....... So many advances cos we r the only surgeons who deal with the narrowest passages Ear, Nose and Throat. Watchin these technology demos gives me more passion towards the subject. Thanks Manipal KMC for the wonderful conference. Reminded of my favourite quotation again, "Known is a Drop, Unknown is an Ocean". Whatever we think to be new is already done by many, somewher els in this small planet. Update s necessary. Mixed feelings!!!!!! - Jay
