Starting full Day 2 of IV, swelling and redness in my forearm has receded, swelling in my hand and finger is slowly going down. The hospital set it up with the District Home Care for me to administer my own IVs at home. The upside is I do not have to travel in to Emerg each time for IVs (3 times a day) It will be sad Friday night to see my little friend Pumper (my battery operated/mobile IV pump) go back to his home. Love ya little buddy ;)
