Starting in January at the Owl Nest, when you call to make an appointment you will need to leave a credit card number that they will hold until your appointment. If you dont show for your appointment, your card will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. Much like a hotel holds your card. We are having to do this because of the people who do not show or call to cancel. Cancellations with enough notice allow us to give that appointment to someone on the wait list. It is a shame that we have to do this because of a few people.
