Starting in September we will be presenting a monthly fitness challenge for clients to participate in. This means for each month we will have a 30 day goal for everyone and anyone to participate in. In the gym, there is a board with the current monthly challenge where you can put your name and scores as the month goes on. Each month we will have 3 options depending on your skill level: Advanced, Intermediate, and Novice which can be switched upon skill/movement per month. Anytime you do the particular movement it counts toward your score, so anything in the warmup or workout count! This month we will be having a double under challenge! Advanced: 10,000 double unders Intermediate: 5,000 double unders Novice*: 2,000 double unders * - attempts count Whos up for a challenge?
