Starting my third month here in the East Coast. I am busier than usual with research and teaching, but all is well. I like the weather; Bostonians look relatively friendly - they smile at you more than in Europe. (Or more than in New York.) My great roommates just bought 90$ worth of canned food to share in case Ebola comes. When I asked to elaborate he said well, it s good to have canned food; last year there was a terrorist attack and a 1-day curfew, the year before a hurricane and you couldnt go out. Plus, I like canned food. :) And hockey fans are the best! (Heres some cheering for the New York Rangers...)
