Starting on the diet and changing lifestyle bandwagon again I really want to change my health and be sensible and loose a hell of a lot of weight just some questions I have When you cleanse your palette in morning is it hot water with lemon or cold water with lemon or would lemon tea do it and where can I get ready made meals with no salt and low calories that I can bump up with fresh veg to keep an accurate calorie control and portion sizes
