Starting soon inshAllah Yes we love him, we shall follow him- Dr. Aamir Sheikh (5.30PM-6.15PM) “One of you is not a believer until I am more beloved to him than his parents, his children, and all of mankind.” (Narrated by Bukhari from Anas radiyallahu anhu) Part of the Muslim Creed is to not only believe in the Messenger Sallalallahu alaihi wa sallam as the final messenger of Allah, and a guide for mankind. But we are also required to love him, and follow him. In this session, we will explore the meaning of loving the Prophet, why we love him, and how to demonstrate this love through our practice. Claiming to love somebody is easy, but showing it is what is considered. Is our love genuine, or is merely lip service? What does the love of Rasoolullah require and demand from us? This session will also reflect upon the love of the Companions, radiyallahu anhum for Rasoolullah Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam.
