Starting the day off right. Early morning feeding of Amelia - ✅ T25 lower focus workout - ✅ Dense nutrient Shakeology - ✅ Visited grace and receive great news: 1 - gained weight - ✅ (50 grams which is a lot for her) 2 - put in an open crib and out of incubator - ✅ (she kicked butt and kept her body temp under control all night) 3 - most important. Being told to be prepared to take her home possible today but more then likely in the next day or so - ✅ WOW, what an amazing day and it is only 10:30. I hope the day keeps going like this.
