Starting the year with #2NE1... I am editing an article written by one of our contributors and I found this beautiful acoustic rendition of Come Back Home while researching something. With regards to CLs hopeful U.S. debut this year, listening to her here, vocally shes very Rihanna like. Maybe because its a reggae inspired song, but I do think she may want to aspire to the type of songs Rihanna makes. She can mix it up with her rapping (which isnt very strong). She should build on the versatility, that she both sings and raps. And I wonder... should Park Bom be making a U.S. debut... when she comes back from her hiatus. Id love to see those vocals let loose. We know shes a little fragile, but shes also rather independent (even with CL in the room). When it comes to vocals, all the other YG artists used to love collabing with her. Itll be nice to see the possibilities that could arise... if those vocals are allowed to do what they do (unencumbered by the other 3, esp CL).
