Starting to adjust my body to the international schedule I have to keep for 2 weeks. I leave one week from Thursday on a business trip to Australia. I did some reading from some regular global travelers and they suggested starting to make the physical adjustment a week ahead of time. So tonight and tomorrow night, I stay up till 11 (I know, not really late here but late for me). Friday-Sunday, midnight. Then the rest of the nights till 1 or 2. Unfortunately my body will still wake my old ass up by 7am so will be tired but that is the point. Once I hit the tarmac at LAX, I should be about ready to crash and be able to sleep well and on the schedule I need to be on. Or so the theory goes....
