Starting today, you may be able to get help with your heating bill. Customers have to make a monthly payment, no more than 10 percent of their household income. Most payment options are for families with half the states median income. Thats about 41 thousand dollars for a family of four. Minnesotas Cold Weather Rule ends April 15th.
