Starting up Piyo! Week 1 Day 1: Align the Fundamentals This is an instructional day. I love that they made this a workout and not an extra. This is one of the major positives of Beachbody programs. The trainers teach and model the moves, while spending a good amount of time pointing out modifiers for EVERY move. Like the reviewer on this video says, I really feel good and stretched. Stay tuned for Define: Lower Body, the next workout. This is a great program for someone who needs to loosen up. Say you have been a gymaholic for a long time. You and I both know that we need to get the body a rest so to speak, but yet still work it in terms of flexibility and balance and strength. NASM people.
