State Bank of India - I have been requesting to activate my transaction rights for my account in PBB Hiranandani Branch, but even after 3 consecutive visits to the Branch the response is always as we are trying, you will get it tomorrow. Is this the way you train your execs to give the same excuses everyday and irritate your customers. Now this makes me feel bad about the most reputed bank of India being so careless towards their consumer services that too for this small request.
