ALL current and fomer state employees must VERIFY their home mailing address prior to receiving the back pay checks. addressverify.spo.state.nm.us/ According to the STATE, Barring unforeseen problems, checks are scheduled to be produced and begin mailing in late September and early October. In Unity! DFA will be processing two off-cycle payroll runs over the next few weeks for those of you who are eligible to receive back pay from the Union Settlement. Checks will be delivered only via US mail, which is why it is essential that you verify your address in SHARE immediately. You should have already received an address verification form from the State Personnel Office, but if you have not, you can verify your address on the SPO website by going to the following link:addressverify.spo. state.nm.us/. From: Announcements, DoIT Sent: Monday, September 15, 2014 8:55 AM Subject: Notice: Eligibility Claims Process for FY09 Arbitration Award Phase 2 Back Pay The State is calculating back pay awards pursuant to the FY09 AFSCME and CWA arbitration awards for eligible bargaining unit members that are currently and formerly employed with the State. Barring unforeseen circumstances, checks will be provided to eligible current employees in late September 2014 or early October 2014. If you are a bargaining unit member, and you do not receive a back pay check in late September 2014 or early October 2014, but you believe that you should have received a back pay check, first you should verify whether your Employee ID is included in the list of Phase 2 eligible employees found at: spo.state.nm.us/fy09-union-lawsuit-information.aspx If you believe your Employee ID was erroneously left off of the eligibility list, you should take the Interactive Eligibility Questionnaire found at the following link to determine if you are eligible for the Phase 2 back pay: spo.state.nm.us/fy09-union-lawsuit-information.aspx If the Interactive Eligibility Questionnaire indicates that you should have been eligible for Phase 2 back pay, you should fill out an Eligibility Review Form, found at: spo.state.nm.us/fy09-union-lawsuit-information.aspx DEADLINE: Per agreement between the State, AFSCME and CWA, all Eligibility Review Forms must be submitted on or before October 31, 2014, or your eligibility determination will be considered final.
