State Senator Tom Libous will call on the New York State Gaming Commission and its appointed Gaming Facility Location Board to reconsider the Southern Tiers two applications for the fourth authorized casino license. The gaming commission earlier this week chose an application for a new casino in Seneca County as the Southern tier choice for a new casino; it is located about 85 north of the Southern tier, other applications that were located in Johnson City & Nichols. The commission was originally tasked to pick 4 choices for casino location, but picked only 3.
