Winds: Winds will be around 5mph south of I-70. North of I-70 will have winds 5-10mph. Sky conditions.: Through midnight areas north of I-72 will be partly to mostly cloudy. Areas south of I-72 will be mostly clear. Then around 1am areas north of a Quincy to West Union line will have partly to mostly cloudy skys. Areas south of this line will be mostly clear. Saturday: Precip: Dry conditions. Temps: Highs will be in the lower 40s north. Mid to upper 40s central. Lower 50s south. WC will be in the mid 30s north. Winds: Winds will be around 10mph. Gusrs up to 20mph. Mainly est of a Chester to Rockford line. Sky conditions: Areas south of I-72 will be mostly sunny the entire day. Areas north of I-72 will become mostly sunny a little after noon.
