State police say they have plenty of evidence: Freins car found in the woods two miles from the barracks (NO PROOF HE WAS EVER IN IT THAT NIGHT); shell casings found at his home that match the murder weapon (WHAT MURDER WEAPON? THE ONE THEY NEVER FOUND?); and writings that reveal a grudge against law enforcement and the government that stretched back to 2006. (SO, BY THIS LOGIC ME WRITING ANY OF THESE POSTS MAKES ME A TERRORIST TO RIGHT?) WHAT THEY REALLY MEAN TO SAY IS THEY HAVE PLENTY OF circumstantial evidence WHICH IS: evidence that tends to prove a fact by proving other events or circumstances which afford a basis for a reasonable inference of the occurrence of the fact at issue THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO EVIDENCE YET!!
