Statement of Arshad Dewkunkhan Today 19/01/14, I was informed that the page Mauricien (again!) published several nonsensical post about me accusing me of being a racist. My friends advised me to write a notice on my wall. I co-admin SAY NO TO RACISM in MAURITIUS, Mopays, Voice of Mauritius, Our Mauritian Dream, am the author of several articles on nation building and unity, published in various newspapers of Mauritius. I must have written more than 100 post on Facebook to call for Unity in Diversity. Am of Muslim faith, attended Catholic schools for 10 years, I went to University in India, my ancestors are from Kerala (India). How on earth can I be a racist? People close to me know that I have an immense respect for our beautiful Multicultural country. You accuse me of putting the country on fire? are you stupid or something? My kids will hopefully live in a country where their capacity will come before their faith, for them to get where they want in life. My Mauritian blood, is my pride. Mauricien is the same page whose admin was in a mess for the death of a youngster a couple of months ago (dude how do you even sleep peacefully?!). Then you wrote on me, after my complaint to the Cyber Crime, you got SACKED, they snatched the page Matinal from you, today you come again (!!) and accuse me of being a racist? You must be some kind of special stupid. The word bourik will suit you, but I will refrain myself from calling you that because it will be an insult to donkies. Plus they have an edge on you, they have more grey matter. I have looked in the dictionary, it says that a lunatic is someone who acts repeatedly irrationally and without sense, thats you. The last time you wrote crap on me, I folded you like an A4 paper and placed you in my pocket because you are insignificant to me. But you cant get enough of me, you want me all the time, you cant stop writing about me, I trouble your mind. Are you a clown or something? stupid? or both? I guess both. Conversely, I wish to thank everyone who commented on the post for my benefit even if you knew that your comment will be deleted. Those who voice out the most, are the ones who are the most vulnerable to be targeted. But your love and support will keep me on going. Thank you. Arshad Dewkunkhan
