States WILL be overwhelmed with Obamacare demands, mainly the expansion of Medicaid, unwillingly, bust mostly by the uninsured that will enter the market place January 1, 2014. If the individual mandate is delayed along with 2 vital parts of the law that have been delayed, there is no way insurance carriers will be able to sustain the millions in claims with NO additional funds from healthy individuals. I AM not supporting the guarantee issue rule, but logic and a few math equations will tell you that it is not sustainable. Our state offered a high risk health pool for uninsured that was destroyed when Obamacare became law. Now Georgia has nothing while hundreds of thousands of uninsurable people wait for January 1, 2014.
